Do I need any boating experience?+
Nope. Every charter is run by our captain, you just show up and enjoy the ride.
What's included?+
Expert Boat Captain & Water Sports Instructor, fuel, top-tier water sports equipment, wakesurf board, life jackets, Bluetooth sound system, complimentary cooler with ice, ropes, and handles. BYOB for food and drinks.
How does pricing work?+
Flat $275/hr with a 3-hour minimum. Fuel and top-tier water sports equipment are included.
Is there a gratuity?+
Yes. A 20% Mandatory Gratuity is due to the boat captain at the end of your reservation. Additional tips beyond that are greatly appreciated.
How does the wake surf session work?+
It's a public group event, not a private lesson or charter. $100/person, 5-person minimum, 8-person maximum. Sessions run 3-4 hours depending on weekday booking or Sunday. We combine individual bookings into a group.
Can we bring alcohol?+
Yes, BYOB is welcome for guests of legal drinking age. The captain does not drink while operating the boat.
What if the weather is bad?+
Safety first, if conditions are unsafe (lightning, high wind, small-craft advisory) we'll reschedule at no charge.
How do I confirm my booking?+
Submit a request through the booking form. We'll text or email within a few hours to confirm the date and collect a 50% deposit.
Cancellation policy?+
Full refund for cancellations made 15+ days before your trip. Within 14-9 days, a $100 cancellation fee plus 10% booking fee applies. Within 8-3 days, 50% of the total is charged. Within 72 hours, no cancellations are permitted and 100% of the total is charged.
